If you’re looking for some Halloween fun for your family or friend crew, we’ve got you covered. Spooky train rides, trick-or-treating, contests and more -- here’s what is happening in Pure Ludington for the holiday. 

Fall Fun Weekends at Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo - Sept. 25-Nov. 1

Pick a pumpkin, get lost in a corn maze, and enjoy the many outdoor, family-friendly activities at Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo. Princess and Super Hero Weekend is set for September 26-27.


Harvest Weekend at Kibby Creek Campground - Oct. 2-3

Kibby Creek Campground is planning a “Harvest Hootenanny” with cider, donuts, hayrides, magic pumpkin planting, and tie dye trick-or-treat bags. Then have some fun with trick-or-treating and a spooky nature walk Saturday night! (Sept. 25-26 is sold out.)

Halloween Weekend #1 at Poncho’s Pond RV Park - Oct. 2-4

Ghosts, goblins and other creepy, scary things will be awaiting you this weekend! Trick-or-treating, a site decorating contest, kids’ pumpkin carving, costume contest and more.


Halloween at the Station at Vacation Station RV Resort - Oct. 2-4

Spooky train rides, pumpkin decorating, trick-or-treating and a site decorating contest are planned for the first weekend in October at Vacation Station. Make your reservation for some holiday fun!

Trick or Treat Weekends at Ludington East KOA - Oct. 2, 9

Family fun will include holiday arts & crafts, games, costume parade, s’more bar, trick-or-treating and spooky camp stories. 


Halloween Weekend #2 at Poncho’s Pond RV Park - Oct. 9-11

A less spooky version of Poncho’s traditional Halloween festivities. This second weekend’s activities will include pumpkin carving, costume judging, trick-or-treating and a decorating contest. 

Halloween at Henry’s Campground - Oct. 9, 16

Kids will enjoy all the traditional Halloween activities, including pumpkin carving, costumes, trick-or-treating and campsite decorating! It’s sure to be a spooky, kooky good time! (Must be camping to participate, COVID dependent) 


2nd Annual Haunted Prison Night at Camp Sauble - Oct. 10, 16, 17, 23, 24

The Haunted Prison is a spooky attraction for older adventure seekers. This was a very popular event during its inaugural year; anticipate sold-out crowds for “Cages of Carnage.” Food and beverages will be available for sale.

Run for Your Lives 5K/10K - Oct. 31

Enjoy Northern Michigan's fall color on a beautiful course that takes you through Cartier Park in Ludington. Feel free to get festive and dress for the occasion!  

Parking Lot Trick-or-Treating - Oct. 31

Cornerstone Baptist Church is holding an outdoor trick-or-treating event from 6-7:30 p.m. Enter on Nelson Street and exit on Lawndale.
