Take a plunge after cruising down the 100 foot figure 8 indoor water slide at Best Western Splash Park Inn. Afterward hop into the pool to get some laps in or get the much needed relaxation you’ve been craving in the hot tub.

Indoor Golf at Sportsman’s Irish Hills Anxious for spring so you can hit the greens? Well get some practice in before the weather clears while playing a round or two at Irish Hills Indoor Golf of Sportsmans Restaurant and Irish Pub. While your there enjoy the great food & spirits which have made it a fixture of Ludington since 1955.

Geocaching! Combining technology and a bit of adventurous hide-and-seek skills, individuals of all ages can participate in the sport of concealing treasures and searching for the treasures others have hidden with only latitude and longitude coordinates (entered into a GPS unit) to guide them. Head to the Ludington Area to find your next treasure!

Ludington Area Center for the Arts
The Ludington Area Center for the Arts, in the heart of downtown Ludington, is Alive with activity. The Center is providing an exciting chance to launch its own world of cultural opportunities for the people who live here. The conversion of the United Methodist Church of Ludington to a cultural center for all of the arts is an exciting moment in the region's history.

All of the volunteers and board members of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts totally emulate the "All Hands On Deck" motto! The entire effort volunteered by their board and growing volunteer base has turned the older facility into one of the most unique diverse venues in the area! Head on over the next time you're in town to see what has becom of the old church!

Todd and Brad Reed are a father-son outdoor photography team based in Ludington, Michigan. Todd has been recording Michigan scenes for over 35 years. Todd is considered one of the leading photographers in the Midwest. Brad, after completing his Bachelor’s Degree from Calvin College followed his heart and journeyed into the world of photography and he, like his father, has quickly become a leader in his field.

Spring Break Specials

Thursday, March 19 – 22, 2009: Indigo Guide Service and Barothy Lodge are together bringing outdoorsman the 2009 Spring Steelhead Outings on Pere Marquette River. The package includes three nights at Barothy Lodge, two full day guided trips; lunches and all gear are included. Dinner will be provided Friday and Saturday. Benefit for the Mason County District Library's Just Imagine campaign to expand the Ludington Library, adding a new Children’s Library and Activities Center.
