Country Roads Will Always Lead You Back Home

The Barns & Byways tour is a day excursion touring five barns of Mason County scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 10am - 4pm.

New feature this year includes "tastes of Mason County" along the tour route! Events and demonstrations accompany this family-friendly tour during the height of the region’s fall color promotions.

This celebration of historic barns will honor local farms and celebrate the traditions of the past.The tour provides a chance to see century-old barns still in use by families who for generations have lived on the same land. Visitors will have a chance to see some of these barns on the inside and learn about their architecture and history.

Tickets will be available in advance at the Ludington & Scottville Chamber of Commerce. The day of the event, tickets will be available at Victory Trinity Lutheran Church at 3208 West Victory Road, Ludington.
